What this covers
This policy covers PB.TV native apps for Android, iPhone, Apple TV, Roku, and LG webOS; piratebae.tv; Pirify; BaeTube; live stream notifications; hosted media; and related request or messaging features operated by Fallible Software, Co.
Information collected
The site may process email addresses submitted for live notifications, SMS phone numbers and consent records when you use the SMS signup form or text the published number, messages or media you send to the live request flow, account or sponsorship details if you use those features, an app installation identifier and push notification token when you turn on app alerts, and normal server logs such as IP address, device or app type, user agent, request path, timestamps, playback authorization requests, and delivery status. PB.TV does not request precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the site, send live notifications you requested, route SMS/MMS messages, authorize and deliver audio, video, and live streams; keep the shared Radio station synchronized; send app alerts you enabled; reply to support or live requests; maintain abuse prevention and delivery records; process sponsorships; and comply with legal or platform obligations.
Tracking and advertising
PB.TV does not contain third-party advertising and does not track activity across other companies' apps or websites. Personal information is not sold or used to build advertising profiles.
Retention and deletion
Notification subscriptions are retained until you turn alerts off, uninstall the app, or ask us to remove them. Operational and security records are retained only as needed to run and protect the service or meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email bae@piratebae.tv. We may ask for information needed to locate and verify the records connected to your request.
Children
PB.TV is a general-audience music and entertainment service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Sharing
Personal information is not sold, rented, or traded. Mobile numbers, SMS consent, and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process limited data to deliver email, SMS/MMS, hosting, payments, analytics, security, or support.
Choices
You can unsubscribe from SMS by replying STOP, request SMS help by replying HELP, and request privacy support by emailing bae@piratebae.tv. SMS message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
