piratebae.tv provides music, direct-play videos, live stream pages, clip pages, alerts, and related interactive features operated by Fallible Software, Co. The services are provided as available and may change, pause, or end without notice.

SMS program

If you separately opt in through the SMS signup form or by texting the published START keyword, you agree to receive Fallible Software, Co. piratebae live alerts, clip updates, and direct replies. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Use of the site

Do not use the service to harass others, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape private endpoints, or submit media that you do not have permission to share.

Content and availability

Hosted music, videos, live streams, clips, chapter markers, and metadata may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or removed. Playback quality depends on device, browser, network, stream source, and hosting conditions.
